Welcome to Coulsdon Community Centre website.

Coulsdon Community Centre is ideally located, less than half a mile from Coulsdon town centre and well served by public transport. It is on both the 166 and 434 bus routes and a short walk from Woodmansterne railway station. We have our own car park with ample spaces and designated disabled bays. Since the Community Association took over from Croydon Council, the building has been almost completely redecorated inside and out, putting an end to approximately a decade of neglect. A new, modern, well equipped kitchen has been installed, and the entire heating system has been overhauled and new radiators fitted throughout.

We already have many existing clubs, groups and associations using the Centre on a regular basis. Brownies and Youth club for the younger element, Keep Fit, yoga taekwondo, Valley Art and Theatre Workshop to name a but a few. The Centre has great facilities to offer clubs or organisations – sporting, social, artistic or leisure, whether you wish to meet regularly or occasionally. It can also host private parties, wedding receptions, barn dances and the like. For full details and pictures check out our facilities page. New users have been attracted to the Centre by a very accomplished campaign of marketing throughout the locality - including through this website! Of course, word of mouth is also critical in building a good reputation, and users are now spreading the word that the Centre is getting back to its best - well maintained, with great facilities, a pleasant environment, a friendly welcome, and still very reasonable hire fees.
