On behalf of the Coulsdon and Purley Twins Club, I wish to extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for your help in making our Christmas Party go so well last Saturday. The hall was beautifully presented, has all the facilities we required and your representative John was helpful, polite, patient and professional in all that he did for us. What a great ambassador for your lovely hall.
We will be in touch to book next year's event very soon and once again thank you so much

Dear John
Thank you for organising the hall for our event on Sunday 5th Sept. We will definitely be using the hall again for our events in the future.
We were also pleased with the support given by the caretaker. I assume everything was fine when we left the hall. I wonder if you would kindly return our £100 deposit via cheque please made out to 'Sushilaben Patel'.
